Having done torture tests on my 5LINX Velocity tablet I've encountered an app error for the Globalinx Mobile Video (GMV). It prompts a message to check your network settings and then restart the application again. If you do this without clearing the cached data, you will just go back to the same error message.
Here's how to resolve the error:
- Click on the upper right dots on your Home Screen
- Go to Settings
- Click on Apps and click the ALL tab
- You'll see all the Apps arranged in alphabetical order. Scroll to the letter G.
- Click on the GMW app. You'll see the Clear data button. Click on it.
- Go back to your Home Screen
- Restart the GMV app
- Enter your existing user name and password
The app should work perfectly. If the problem presents itself again, redo the steps or call the Globalinx Customer Service Hotline at 866.418.1495.
